Where to start
Section titled “Where to start”The corner logo shows you most of what you need. The status logo colours is the one page that explains every colour. Red and yellow have their own fixes, linked below.
The rest of this section covers one problem per page:

Something else
Section titled “Something else”Write to the team in the support chat. If the camera is the problem, attach a log from Exporting logs, plus a photo of its screen. Those usually answer the first three questions.
