Launcher errors

The launcher is the small program the patched firmware runs first. It checks the agent on the memory card and starts it. If the camera shows a launcher error at startup, the launcher couldn’t find a working agent file on the card. The camera keeps recording on its own, but DashKeep won’t start.

Reinstall DashKeep to fix it. Don’t create a new device: this one is already on your account. Open the device’s settings page and select Reinstall DashKeep instead. The walkthrough is on Reinstall and update. If the error comes back, export a log from Exporting logs and contact the team.
